Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if items have been dropped or broken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your item is faulty or incorrect we will do our best to replace the item and refund you the cost of returning the item and cover all shipping costs incurred in replacing the item

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.nativastore@gmail.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded so please choose carefully and contact us at info.nativastore@gmail.com if you require further information on product prior to purchasing

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.nativastore@gmail.com and send your item to: Nativa ltd., 7 Rose st., Raglan 3225, New Zealand.

PLEASE NOTE
Please note that most of Nativa's products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain or otherwise. This is considered a unique feature of each individual piece and items cannot be returned for this reason.

Being a lot of our products unique handcrafted pieces there may not be another identical available for exchange, goods looking the same may be slightly different in the small details.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nativa ltd., 7 Rose st., WKO, Raglan 3225, New Zealand
Returns must be made by trackable courier service. We do not accept returns Via mail.

Should you require to return your item -You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless it is Faulty or Incorrect. If the product simply is not delivered to Nativa and lost in transit, this is also the full responsibility of the customer.
